If you need help with an order or a refund
Please do not email us — we cannot help. Pelvic Health Hub is an independent publisher, not the seller. We do not process payments, we have no access to your order, and we cannot issue a refund or cancel a subscription. Contact the retailer you purchased from, using the receipt or confirmation email they sent you. Their support team can see your order; we cannot.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If something on this site is inaccurate or out of date, tell us and we will review it.
- Sources. If you want to know where a statement in an article came from, ask and we will point you to it.
- Feedback. If a guide was unclear or missed something, we would like to know.
- Press and partnership enquiries.
What we cannot help with
- Medical questions. We are not clinicians and cannot advise on your symptoms, medication or treatment. Please speak to your doctor or a pelvic floor physiotherapist.
- Orders, refunds, shipping or subscriptions for any product, as above.
- Urgent medical problems. If you have pain when urinating, blood in your urine, fever or a sudden inability to urinate, contact a clinician or emergency service now rather than emailing us.
