This policy explains how Pelvic Health Hub handles information. The short version: this is a static website with no accounts, no forms and no tracking of its own, so there is very little to handle.

What we do not collect

Server logs

Like essentially every website, the server that hosts Pelvic Health Hub records standard technical access logs when a page is requested. These typically include an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested, and browser and operating system strings. They are generated automatically by the web server for security and reliability, are not used to build a profile of you, and are not sold or shared for marketing.

Email you send us

If you email support@pelvichealthhub.site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you. Please do not send us personal health information — we are not a medical provider and email is not a secure channel for it.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, including retailers, payment processors, medical organisations and published research. Once you follow a link away from this site, this policy no longer applies. Those sites have their own privacy policies and their own tracking, and we have no control over and no access to what they collect.

In particular, if you click through to buy a product, the retailer and their payment processor handle your purchase. They will collect whatever information they need to fulfil your order — including payment and delivery details — under their own privacy policy. We never see your payment details. We may be told that a sale occurred so that commission can be attributed, but we do not receive your name, address or card information.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, or to object to its processing. Because we do not operate a database of personal information, in most cases we simply hold nothing about you beyond any email you have sent us. If you would like us to delete an email exchange, write to support@pelvichealthhub.site and we will do so.

Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, advertising or any other third-party service to this site in future, we will update this page and change the date at the top before doing so.
